Most Google Ads proposals are a wall of bullet points bolted onto a generic slide theme — no audit, no forecast, no clear ask. Prospects can’t tell whether they’re looking at a real strategy or a copy-pasted pitch. A proposal that actually wins the account does three things: shows you’ve looked at their real account, ties every recommendation back to their stated goals, and ends with a specific number and a specific next step — not “let’s discuss.”

The template above is built around that structure. It walks a prospect from your credibility, through what’s actually wrong with their account today, into a three-pillar strategy, a phased budget and timeline, a projected-results forecast with live PowerPoint charts, and three pricing tiers that make the decision easy instead of open-ended.

What’s Inside the Template

The deck contains 13 slides, each built for a specific job in the pitch:

🎯

Cover & Agenda (Slides 1-2)

A clean title slide naming the client and date, followed by a six-item agenda so the prospect knows exactly what’s coming.

🤝

About Us & Account Snapshot (Slides 3-4)

Your credibility stats and selected results, followed by the prospect’s stated objectives next to a snapshot of their current account performance.

⚠️

Audit Findings (Slide 5)

Five specific, tagged findings (Wasted Spend, Conversion Leak, Measurement Gap, Missed Opportunity) — proof you actually opened the account.

🧭

Strategy, Structure & Targeting (Slides 6-8)

Three strategy pillars, a full-funnel campaign structure diagram with budget-split percentages, and keyword/audience targeting tables.

📅

Budget, Timeline & Forecast (Slides 9-10)

A four-phase rollout timeline, monthly investment breakdown, and a live 6-month leads/CPL forecast built with native, editable PowerPoint charts.

💳

Reporting, Pricing & Next Steps (Slides 11-13)

Communication cadence, a three-tier pricing table (Starter / Growth / Scale) with a highlighted recommended plan, and a closing slide with a numbered next-steps list.

How to Use the Template — Step by Step

1

Download and open in PowerPoint

Click the download button above. Open the .pptx file in Microsoft PowerPoint (2016 or later) or upload it to Google Slides via File → Import slides. Charts and layouts carry over in both.

2

Run a real audit before you fill in Slide 5

The findings slide only works if the findings are real. Pull 3-5 specific, verifiable issues from the prospect’s actual account — wasted spend, tracking gaps, structure problems — before you touch the template text.

3

Replace every bracketed placeholder

Search the deck for square brackets — [Client Company Name], [X], [Your Agency Name] — and replace every one. A proposal with a stray placeholder left in reads as a template, which undoes the whole pitch.

4

Rebuild the forecast chart with your own numbers

Right-click either chart on Slide 10 and choose Edit Data to open the underlying spreadsheet. Replace the sample leads and CPL figures with a forecast based on the account you audited, not the demo data.

5

Set real pricing on Slide 12

Update the three tiers with your actual fee structure. Keep the “Most Popular” highlight on whichever tier you actually want most prospects to choose — it’s a nudge, not decoration.

6

Confirm your next steps are specific

On the closing slide, make sure the three next-steps match your actual onboarding process, and that your contact details are correct before exporting.

7

Export and send

Export as PDF for email delivery, or present directly from PowerPoint/Google Slides for a live pitch. Either way, do a final read-through for leftover brackets first.

Tips for Winning More Proposals

  • Lead with their account, not your agency. Prospects skim past generic “who we are” slides — the audit findings slide is what actually holds attention, so don’t bury it past slide 8
  • Never send the sample chart data. A forecast built on realistic assumptions for their industry and budget is far more persuasive than an obviously templated curve
  • Keep the pricing table to three tiers. More than three creates decision paralysis; fewer than three removes the anchor-and-compromise effect that pushes prospects toward the middle option
  • Make the next steps concrete and time-bound. “We’ll be in touch” loses deals — “access granted within 2 business days” moves them
  • Rehearse the audit findings slide out loud. It’s the moment prospects decide whether you actually looked at their account or are pitching from a template
  • Benchmark your proposal against the market you’re pitching into. If the account is based in the UAE, our roundup of Google Ads Agencies in Dubai with High ROI is a useful reference for the structure and results high-performing accounts in that market present

Final Thoughts

A Google Ads proposal template only does its job if the audit behind it is real. The structure here — credibility, findings, strategy, budget, forecast, pricing, next steps — gives you the shell; the account research and the specific numbers are what make a prospect say yes instead of “let us think about it.”

Download the template above, run a real audit on the prospect’s account before you fill in Slide 5, and replace every bracketed placeholder before you send it. That’s usually the difference between a proposal that gets read and one that gets signed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — upload the .pptx file to Google Drive and open it with Google Slides (File → Open with → Google Slides, or import within Slides). Layouts, icons, and the two native charts on the forecast slide all carry over. Minor font substitution can occur since Google Slides doesn’t have Cambria by default; swap to a Google-native serif if you want an exact match.
Right-click either chart on the Projected Results slide and choose “Edit Data in Excel” (PowerPoint) or “Open source” (Google Slides). Both charts — the leads bar chart and the cost-per-lead line chart — are native, fully editable chart objects, not images, so updating the underlying numbers reflows the chart automatically.
Yes. Duplicate the closest matching slide (right-click the thumbnail → Duplicate Slide) and edit its content rather than building from a blank slide — that keeps the fonts, spacing, and color palette consistent. To remove a slide you don’t need, such as the pricing tiers if you use flat-rate pricing, just delete it from the slide panel.
It works either way. An in-house marketer pitching a Google Ads budget increase to leadership can use the same structure — swap “Client Company Name” for the internal stakeholder, and the Audit Findings and Projected Results slides do the same job of justifying the investment.
Cambria for headings and Calibri for body text — both ship with every standard Microsoft Office installation, so the deck opens correctly on any Windows or Mac machine without font substitution. If you present from Google Slides, it will substitute its closest available fonts automatically.
